These Terms of Use apply to customers using the Navagoo app and platform to discover and book services.تنطبق شروط الاستخدام هذه على العملاء الذين يستخدمون تطبيق ومنصة نفاجو لاكتشاف الخدمات وحجزها.
Thank you for choosing Navagoo! These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our mobile application and online platform, which enables you to discover and book services from professional businesses (“Partners”). By using Navagoo, you agree to abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
شكرًا لاختيارك نفاجو! تحكم شروط الاستخدام هذه وصولك إلى تطبيقنا ومنصتنا الإلكترونية التي تتيح لك اكتشاف خدمات مقدمي الخدمات (“الشركاء”) وحجزها. باستخدام نفاجو، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط وبسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا.
Navagoo W.L.L. is a Saudi-registered company operating as a digital intermediary. We connect you with Partners who deliver personal care and wellness services. Navagoo is not the provider of these services — our role is limited to facilitating bookings and payments on behalf of the Partners.
نفاجو ذ.م.م. هي شركة مسجلة في المملكة العربية السعودية وتعمل كوسيط رقمي. نحن نربطك بمقدمي خدمات العناية الشخصية والرفاهية. نفاجو لا تقدم هذه الخدمات بنفسها – دورنا يقتصر على تسهيل الحجز والدفع نيابة عن الشركاء.
To use our services, you may need to create an account by providing accurate information. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.
لاستخدام خدماتنا قد تحتاج إلى إنشاء حساب من خلال تقديم معلومات دقيقة. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية حسابك وعن أي نشاط يتم من خلاله.
You can browse Partner profiles and book services via Navagoo. Each appointment is subject to availability and governed by the terms of the Partner. We’ll display the relevant service information, price, and cancellation policy before you confirm your booking.
يمكنك تصفح متاجر الشركاء الافتراضية وحجز الخدمات من خلال نفاجو. كل موعد يخضع للتوافر وشروط الشريك. سنعرض لك تفاصيل الخدمة والسعر وسياسة الإلغاء قبل تأكيد الحجز.
Payment options depend on the salon (“Partner”). Depending on the methods the Partner offers, you may pay in advance in the app, pay a deposit to reserve, or pay at the venue, using methods such as Mada, Apple Pay or card. Where payment is made through the app, Navagoo collects it on behalf of the Partner, which discharges your payment obligation to the Partner.
تعتمد خيارات الدفع على الصالون ("الشريك"). وبحسب الوسائل التي يوفّرها الشريك، يمكنك الدفع مقدمًا عبر التطبيق، أو دفع عربون للحجز، أو الدفع في الموقع، باستخدام وسائل مثل مدى أو Apple Pay أو البطاقة. وعند الدفع عبر التطبيق، تقوم نفاجو بتحصيله نيابةً عن الشريك، ويُعدّ ذلك إبراءً لذمتك تجاه الشريك.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the Partner’s policy, which is shown before booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.
تعتمد إمكانية الإلغاء واسترداد المبلغ على سياسة الشريك، والتي يتم عرضها قبل الحجز. قد يتم خصم ما يصل إلى ١٠٠٪ من رسوم الخدمة في حال الإلغاء المتأخر أو عدم الحضور.
Our Partners are fully responsible for the services they provide. While Navagoo encourages high service standards, we are not responsible for the service outcome. If you have a complaint, please contact the Partner or our support team.
يتحمل الشركاء المسؤولية الكاملة عن الخدمات التي يقدمونها. وبينما تحرص نفاجو على تشجيع المعايير العالية، فإننا غير مسؤولين عن نتيجة الخدمة. إذا كان لديك شكوى، يمكنك التواصل مع الشريك أو فريق الدعم لدينا.
You agree not to misuse the platform, engage in abusive behavior, or violate any local laws. We may restrict or suspend your access if we detect misuse.
توافق على عدم إساءة استخدام المنصة أو التصرف بأسلوب مسيء أو انتهاك القوانين المحلية. قد نقوم بتقييد أو تعليق وصولك إذا لاحظنا إساءة الاستخدام.
Navagoo or its Partners may offer discounts or promotions from time to time. These are subject to availability and specific terms which will be disclosed with each promotion. Navagoo reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time.
قد تقدم نافاجو أو الشركاء خصومات أو عروضًا ترويجية من وقت لآخر. تخضع هذه العروض للتوافر والشروط الخاصة بكل عرض. تحتفظ نافاجو بحقها في سحب أو تعديل أي عرض في أي وقت.
After your appointment, you may be invited to rate or review your experience. Your feedback must be honest and respectful. Navagoo may moderate reviews and remove content that is inappropriate, offensive, or violates platform policies.
بعد موعدك، قد تتم دعوتك لتقييم أو مراجعة تجربتك. يجب أن تكون المراجعات صادقة ومحترمة. يجوز لنافاجو مراجعة المراجعات وإزالة أي محتوى غير لائق أو مسيء أو مخالف لسياسات المنصة.
You must use the app in a respectful and lawful manner. You may not harass others, post inappropriate content, or misuse any app features. Navagoo may take appropriate action against misuse, including warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.
يجب استخدام التطبيق بطريقة محترمة وقانونية. لا يجوز لك مضايقة الآخرين أو نشر محتوى غير لائق أو إساءة استخدام خصائص التطبيق. ويجوز لنافاجو اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة مثل التنبيه أو التعليق أو الحظر الدائم.
By using Navagoo, you agree to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and relevant notifications by SMS, email, or in-app messages.
باستخدام نفاجو، فإنك توافق على تلقي تأكيدات المواعيد والتنبيهات والإشعارات ذات الصلة عبر الرسائل النصية أو البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل داخل التطبيق.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
يتم التعامل مع بياناتك الشخصية وفقًا لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية. يرجى الرجوع إلى سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا لمزيد من التفاصيل.
We are not liable for damages resulting from Partner service issues or app outages. Our responsibility is limited to the scope permitted by Saudi law.
لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن الأضرار الناتجة عن مشاكل في خدمات الشركاء أو أعطال التطبيق. تقتصر مسؤوليتنا على الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون السعودي.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية، ويتم تسوية النزاعات أمام المحاكم المختصة في المملكة.

These Terms of Use apply to all businesses (“Shops”) accessing the Navagoo web portal to manage their presence on the booking platform.تنطبق شروط الاستخدام هذه على جميع المتاجر التي تستخدم بوابة نفاجو الإلكترونية لإدارة حضورها على منصة الحجز.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to all businesses (“Shops”) accessing the Navagoo web portal for managing their store presence on the Navagoo booking platform. By registering and using the portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
تنطبق شروط الاستخدام هذه ("الشروط") على جميع المتاجر التي تستخدم بوابة نفاجو الإلكترونية لإدارة حضورها على منصة حجز نفاجو. من خلال التسجيل واستخدام البوابة، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط.
You must be a legally registered business in Saudi Arabia or legally authorized to offer services therein. Navagoo reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend any Shop at its sole discretion.
يجب أن تكون منشأتك التجارية مسجلة قانونياً في المملكة العربية السعودية أو مخولة قانونياً لتقديم الخدمات داخلها. تحتفظ نفاجو بالحق في قبول أو رفض أو تعليق أي متجر وفقًا لتقديرها الخاص.
You are responsible for all actions taken through your Shop account. You must ensure login credentials are kept secure and up to date. Navagoo is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
أنت تتحمل مسؤولية جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حساب متجرك. يجب الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول وتحديثها عند الحاجة. لا تتحمل نفاجو أي مسؤولية عن خسائر ناتجة عن استخدام غير مصرح به.
You are responsible for adding, updating, and maintaining accurate information about your services, pricing, duration, and availability. You must not list prohibited services or misleading content.
أنت مسؤول عن إضافة وتحديث بيانات خدماتك بدقة، بما في ذلك الأسعار والمدة والتوافر. لا يجوز لك إدراج خدمات محظورة أو محتوى مضلل.
You may assign staff members ("Specialists") to your Shop profile. You are solely responsible for their conduct, schedules, and service quality.
يمكنك تسجيل موظفين ("المتخصصين") ضمن ملف متجرك. تتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن سلوكهم، جداولهم، وجودة الخدمات المقدمة.
Customers make bookings through the Navagoo app. You are expected to honor all confirmed appointments. Repeated cancellations or service failures may lead to account suspension.
يقوم العملاء بالحجز عبر تطبيق نفاجو. يجب احترام جميع المواعيد المؤكدة. قد يؤدي إلغاء المواعيد المتكرر أو فشل تقديم الخدمة إلى تعليق الحساب.
Navagoo collects payments from customers on your behalf. Payment amounts (minus applicable fees, if any) are viewable via the portal.
تقوم نفاجو بتحصيل المدفوعات من العملاء نيابة عنك. يمكن عرض المبالغ المستحقة (بعد خصم الرسوم إن وجدت) من خلال البوابة.
You may request remittance via the portal. Navagoo processes remittances weekly to the bank details you provide. You must ensure your bank info is accurate. Navagoo is not liable for errors caused by incorrect bank details.
يمكنك طلب تحويل المبالغ المستحقة عبر البوابة. تقوم نفاجو بتحويل المبالغ أسبوعياً بناءً على المعلومات البنكية التي تقدمها. يجب التأكد من صحة البيانات البنكية، ولا تتحمل نفاجو مسؤولية أي خطأ ناتج عنها.
You are responsible for complying with local tax laws and issuing invoices where applicable. Navagoo may provide automated sales reports to assist in this process, but does not act as your tax agent.
تقع على عاتقك مسؤولية الالتزام بالقوانين الضريبية المحلية وإصدار الفواتير عند الحاجة. قد تقدم نفاجو تقارير مبيعات تلقائية لمساعدتك، لكنها لا تعمل كوكيل ضريبي لك.
There is no exclusivity requirement under these Terms. You may list your services on other platforms, provided you continue to fulfill your Navagoo bookings reliably.
لا يوجد شرط حصري بموجب هذه الشروط. يمكنك عرض خدماتك في منصات أخرى، بشرط أن تستمر في الالتزام بتنفيذ حجوزات نفاجو بكفاءة.
You must treat customer data received via the portal as confidential and comply with Saudi PDPL. You may only use customer data for the purpose of providing booked services.
يجب التعامل مع بيانات العملاء التي تستلمها عبر البوابة بسرية تامة والامتثال لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة. لا يجوز استخدام بيانات العملاء إلا لغرض تقديم الخدمات المحجوزة.
The Navagoo platform, portal interface, and branding are the property of Navagoo. You may not copy, modify, or resell any platform component.
تعد منصة نفاجو وواجهة البوابة وهويتها التجارية ملكاً حصرياً لنفاجو. لا يجوز لك نسخ أو تعديل أو إعادة بيع أي جزء من المنصة.
Navagoo may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, applicable law, or abuse of the platform. You may also request closure of your account by written notice.
يحق لنفاجو تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول إلى البوابة في أي وقت إذا تم خرق هذه الشروط أو القانون أو تم إساءة استخدام المنصة. يمكنك أيضًا طلب إغلاق حسابك بإشعار خطي.
Navagoo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the total fees you paid (if any) in the 3 months prior to the claim.
لا تتحمل نفاجو مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية. تقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية على الرسوم المدفوعة من قبلك (إن وجدت) خلال الثلاثة أشهر السابقة للمطالبة.
In the event of a dispute, parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
في حال وجود نزاع، يجب على الأطراف محاولة حله وديًا أولاً. وإذا لم يتم حله، تُحال النزاعات إلى المحاكم المختصة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية.
